Competition Ts & Cs
1. General
(a) By entering any competition promoted by Teleron Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by teleron Pty Ltd.
2. Privacy
a) Teleron Pty Ltd. values your privacy and takes great care protecting the information you provide us.
By entering this competition you agree to Teleron Pty Ltd contacting you for marketing purposes by email, telephone, fax, messaging or otherwise until further notice
2. Entry Requirements
(a) Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.
(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of teleron Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter the competition.
(c) The competition can be entered online via filling out our form
(d) To enter, eligible entrants must enter a valid Email address, Name, Address, phone number. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Teleron Pty Ltd if their personal details change prior to the winner notification date.
(e) Teleron Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

(g) The winners will be decided on 31st January 2017 5pm AEST
(h) The winners will win one-year’s worth of broadband (teleron’s Platinum 500G plan) plus free setup, activation and modem costs for standard install (non-standard installation and new development installation will incur additional costs) – Should you not be able to achieve the Platinum speeds, the package will be given at the maximum speed available to you
(i) Entries to this competition open on 7th October 2016 at 7pm (AEST) and will close 31st January 2017 4.59pm AEST
(j) Teleron Pty Ltd, reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.
3. Judging
(a) The winning entries will be selected at random by Teleron’s offices on 31st January 2017 at 5pm AEST.
(b) The prize winner will be notified by email. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner. Teleron Pty Ltd will not be liable to the prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.
(c) If Teleron Pty Ltd is unable to contact the prize winner after reasonable efforts, Teleron Pty Ltd may assign the prize to another randomly selected entry. Teleron Pty Ltd will give the original winner 48 hours to respond to the email so if contact has not been made another winner will be announced.
(d) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.
4. Prizes
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(b) Prizes are not transferable without the permission of Teleron Pty Ltd.
(c) Prize must be redeemed by 31st Dec 2017
(d) Prize winners agree to be announced in the Teleron home page, and its social media pages
(e) Should the Prize winner not have the nbnTM by the redeemable date, they may contact teleron and request to transfer to a family member or a friend
5. Warranties
(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Teleron Pty Ltd that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.
(b) If Teleron Pty Ltd. becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, Teleron Pty Ltd, may deem that prize winner ineligible.
